Welcome to Let Your Heart and Spirit
Soar.
I love the journey I am on today. My
life is full of excitement since I do not know what will happen from one
moment to the next. However, I
know that my actions and responses to everyday life will influence
what happens and that I can make everyday a gift.
Knowing that I can take any situation bless it and learn from it is
incredibly empowering to me.
I purposely called my website Let Your Heart and Spirit Soar.
I consciously decided that I wanted my life and reflections to
manifest love and faith. Like
an eagle in flight, I move forward knowing that I have the freedom and
courage necessary to achieve all that I want.
Intentionally I take daily actions that will allow me to grow in
mind, body and spirit.
I have learned many lessons in the past several
years, some of which can be described as challenging but most, I am happy
to say, have been wonderful To
be honest the lessons that I learned from the most difficult challenges
were preludes to deep, loving lessons that enriched my life in many ways.
I share many of these lessons
in the Articles section.
A wonderful, completely fulfilling life is what I am hoping you will
achieve as you create a life that will be full of love, passion and
excitement. Now is the time to
design your life in a way that truly allows you to be you, reflecting who
you really are. Know that you
are free to create your dreams. Know
that God will provide you with the abilities, capabilities, and resources
to succeed. Know that
freedom and courage are yours for the asking.
Do everything in your power to connect your spirit with God, and
watch your love, freedom and courage blossom.
I believe the greatest gifts that we have received are love and freedom of
choice. These gifts cannot be
taken away unless we allow it. Love
needs to be given freely without expecting anything in return.
Freedom needs to be won first in our hearts and thoughts. Any woman
filled with love and true freedom in her heart and spirit will never be
truly confined or limited.
Whatever the circumstance, an opportunity, an invitation has been
presented to begin a journey of self-discovery. Accept this invitation and
begin an adventurous journey. Look
at who you really are today, who you were 10, 20 or even 30 years ago.
Acknowledge who you are now that you have experienced life with all its
celebrations and challenges. Take a step back in time and rediscover the
child who boldly, willingly learned to talk, walk and run. Remember the
child who eagerly waited for a new day, a new beginning, a new challenge
to overcome. Honor the woman who moved from child to young girl to young
woman despite the fears and opposition of family and friends and
circumstances.
Welcome the journey that will teach you how to embrace the woman you are
today with the child you were yesterday and create the future life you
want.
